Mr. Perry AP Computer Science

AP CSP Create Task Resources
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
1. Decide on a program that you would like to make. Most students make a game, study aid, or program/app for living (like a daily calorie counter). Decide whether you want to work with a partner.

2. Design your program using flowchart, pseudocode, or program outline. Focus on the purpose of your program and how it will function. Consider variables you'll need to create as well as lists and procedures that will maintain complexity of code. All programs will need at least one list and at least one function/procedure that uses parameters, a loop, and at least one if statement.

3. Develop the code for your program. Test and debug as necessary. Use all necessary resources you can find to help out.
4. Capture a video (60 seconds max) of your program running using Screencastify (linked below) or another screen recording software with which you are familiar.
5. Prepare your Personal Progress Reference according to the directions at the Digital Portfolio (linked below).

6. Copy and paste your program code (with comments and citations for all resources you use, if any) into a Google doc. Download it as a pdf.

7. Upload everything (program code pdf, video, and Personal Project Reference) to the Digital Portfolio. BE SURE TO CLICK SUBMIT!
